Synopsis
‘A cross-dressing duke in a BL novel, pretending to be an obsessive male lead.’
That absurd sentence describes none other than me.
Lewin de Verwen.
A sword master. Strikingly handsome. The powerful head of a prestigious ducal house.
He seems perfect—but he has one secret: he is actually a woman disguised as a man!
Then one day, after falling into the water, a mad princess tells her:
“Please become the fake obsessive male lead!”
This is the world of a dark BL novel, and to prevent the apocalypse, she must seduce the novel’s “shou” in place of the original obsessive male lead.
So, according to plan, she plays the role of the obsessive lover and successfully seduces him.
But then…
“Pretend to love me at least. Otherwise, I might feel like killing the person you truly love.”
The ‘shou’ she seduced and discarded returns as the emperor of the new empire.
“To have you, what must I do? Wage war? Commit a massacre?”
The original “Obsessive Male Lead #1,” the emperor of an enemy nation, is genuinely insane.
“With just one kiss from you, I could give up everything. This heart, this empire.”
And the childhood friend she thought was innocent turns out to be the original “Obsessive Male Lead #2.”
For some reason, the real obsessive male leads are wagering the entire world on me.
