Chapter – 10
When I asked, Eden—who had been silently staring at me—suddenly had one eye turn a mysterious violet color.
“I can see. Thoughts, next moves, possibilities.”
Eden’s constellation, The Death-Calling Sage, had the true name of Odin, the supreme god of Norse mythology.
Since Odin’s representative ability was foresight, a skill like that was, in a way, expected.
“And what else?”
“The right path, choices, death, fate….”
I carefully engraved every word Eden answered into my mind.
This kind of thing had endless practical uses.
Eden could even take the role of a dungeon scout.
“The longer I look, the more I see. And….”
That was when something strange happened to Eden, who had been speaking calmly.
The blood vessels in his eye burst, and bloody tears began to flow.
“Hey, hey! What’s wrong with you?! Turn it off, quickly!”
“If I use it too long, my eyes get worse. It should get better with time… probably.”
“What do you mean probably?! Ugh! Turn it off now!”
Only after I shouted urgently did the violet glow finally disappear.
Eden casually wiped the blood from the corner of his eye and slowly leaned his head toward me.
Wait… this…
Is he asking me to pat his head?
“Don’t use that carelessly from now on. And even if you do, never use it until your eyes get damaged like that. Got it, Eden?”
“…Okay.”
I sighed as I patted his head.
Somehow it felt like I had gathered nothing but weirdos as teammates…
I was starting to worry whether this was good for Lilia’s emotional development.
“Zenon. What about you?”
Leaving Eden—who looked slightly disappointed when I removed my hand—I turned to Zenon.
It was still awkward because of what happened earlier, but business was business.
“Sword.”
As expected, a reply that was way too short.
Does this guy have some kind of disease where he dies if he speaks more than two sentences?
“Be more specific. We need to know if we’re going to work together.”
Only then did he turn his gaze toward me. After staring straight into my eyes, he spoke as if sighing.
“You don’t need to worry. I have no intention of cutting any of you.”
What a rude bastard.
I wanted to snap back, but considering what happened earlier, I forced myself to swallow my anger.
“Phew.”
Even with Lilia’s flame nearby, it felt like the surrounding temperature had dropped.
This was all because of that ice-block of a man.
“What about Wendy? What kind of abilities do you have?”
“That’s right, sis! I’ve been curious too!”
As if trying to lighten the gloomy atmosphere, Yeriel and Lilia deliberately asked with exaggerated enthusiasm.
“Me? Hmm….”
My abilities.
The Dimensional Storage Spear was probably a passive skill, so others couldn’t see it.
And even I didn’t fully understand what kind of skill Big Data was.
Which meant the only thing left was…
“I can provide high-quality food for you all.”
Perfect timing too—the favor points had just been settled about ten minutes ago.

“How does it taste?”
There was no faster way to get close to people than sharing a warm, delicious meal together.
“It’s so good, sis!”
“This is amazing, Miss Wendy!”
And when it comes to warm food you can eat outdoors, nothing beats a piece of spam on top of hot rice.
“This fluffy white food is delicious too!”
“This square sausage tastes strangely familiar even though I’ve never seen it before!”
Yeriel and Lilia gave enthusiastic double thumbs-up while stuffing their mouths.
“You’re eating well~”
It seemed true that the shop’s items appeared filtered as objects from this world.
At least this won’t cause unnecessary suspicion.
Feeling relieved, I turned my head toward the stone-faced man sitting across from us.
“Interesting. A skill that summons food.”
Zenon’s cold expression hadn’t changed…
But judging by how fast he was eating, he seemed to like it quite a lot.
And Eden was…
“Hahp… hahp….”
That looks like…
…a puppy?
His usually empty eyes were sparkling as he ate eagerly.
The sight reminded me of a fluffy four-legged animal with soft fur and a wagging tail.
Well, at least he was eating well.
Feeling satisfied as I watched them eat, I checked my remaining favor points.
[Accumulated Favor: 5]
Although the hard-earned favor from my desperate performance had become a small and precious number…
“Thanks to you, we get to eat warm food in this empty wilderness, Miss Wendy.”
“I’m going to live with you forever, sis!”
“Wahp, wahp.”
“You certainly have many useful tricks.”
At the very least, my skill seemed to have left a pretty good first impression.
“I’m jealous… Author, please describe food a little less… it’s torture at night…”
“Why post this late at night?”
“Same here.”
“Wait, that guy Owen still hasn’t dropped this?”
“Wow, Wendy’s constellation must be rich.”
“But they can’t sponsor yet, so how did they send this?”
“That’s why they must be super rich lol”
[You have gained favor from 5 observers.]
[Accumulated Favor: 10]
An unexpected small benefit was that I had managed to attract the attention of my constellations—the readers.
After finishing the meal and cleaning up, the sun began to set.
I glanced sideways at Yeriel, who was gathering branches nearby.
“Since there haven’t been any notifications so far, it looks like we’ll have to spend the night here.”
The dense forest around us was quickly sinking into darkness.
Yeriel seemed to understand what I meant and nodded as he handed the gathered firewood to Lilia.
“We’ve prepared enough. It’s probably best to stay here tonight.”
As he said, we couldn’t just start walking without a goal.
So we decided to spend the night here.
But there was one problem.
The campfire could be maintained all night thanks to Lilia’s skill, but…
At this rate, we would be sleeping directly on the ground.
As I was thinking about possible solutions, something came to mind.
Oh right, there was that.
Magic Cart!
At the same time, a large window appeared before my eyes.

[Available Items: 5]
I quickly scanned the list.
- Extremely Pathetic Dagger (Favor: 5)
- It’s very pathetic. Is the performance just as bad?
- Torn Blanket (Favor: 2)
- A basic blanket with holes here and there.
- Half-Used Lowest-Grade Healing Potion (Favor: 1)
- A leftover potion someone drank. Enough to save a life in an emergency.
- Scattered Map Fragment (Favor: 5)
- A C-rank dungeon map fragment. Collect all 7 to access a special place.
- Broken Key (Favor: 3)
- A key that has served its purpose. Contains someone’s precious memories.
…
…
…
There weren’t many items.
I didn’t even need to read further and immediately chose the blankets.
A torn blanket is a little concerning…
But it’s better than sleeping on bare ground and waking up sick.

With the purchase complete, a sack suddenly dropped from midair with a loud thud.
Couldn’t it just be delivered normally?
Sighing, I bent down to pick up the blankets and handed them to the four people standing around awkwardly.
“Take one each and use it while sleeping.”
Zenon accepted the blanket with a doubtful expression and looked at me.
“I’ve been wondering. Is summoning items like this also one of your skills?”
“Well….”
Technically, I wasn’t summoning them—I was buying them from a shop.
But I don’t think I need to explain that in detail.
Zenon quietly watched me hesitate to answer clearly before continuing.
“Back during the meal too, you summoned items that don’t seem to belong to this world… Have you already received sponsorship from your constellation?”
“….”
“According to that woman, constellation sponsorship only becomes possible once the main mission begins.”
But right now, the first mission hadn’t even started yet.
From his perspective, I probably looked like a completely unrestrained high-level player.
“How strange.”
This is bad.
“Are you hiding something from us?”
Zenon’s eyes were now filled completely with suspicion.
